Our Organisation will be underpinned by the following values:

Integrity and Professionalism  Our Organisation will strive to operate at all times to the highest level of professional standards in all of its business dealings.

Mutual Respect and Cooperation  We will at all times show respect to the Stolen Generations and others and treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves. We will also endeavour at all times to work cooperatively with other Government and non-Government agencies and organisations.

Privacy and Confidentiality  Our Organisation will at all times ensure absolute confidentiality in all of its dealings with the Stolen Generations.

Good Governance  Board Members will at all times strive to adhere to and apply sound and transparent processes relating to how the Organisation is governed and managed. Board Members will at all times act in accordance with the Organisations Governing Guidelines.

Impartiality of Service Provision  Our Organisation will at all times strive to provide each client with a fair and equitable level of service and support to meet their individual needs regardless of who they are, where they come from, or what their personal life's journey has been. The Organisation will have a fair, equitable and transparent process to deal with grievances.

Relationships with Others - Our Organisation will work in partnership with other services to ensure that fair, equitable, transparent and impartial services are provided to the Stolen Generations.

Recognition of the Diverse and Unique Client Needs - Our Organisation will at all times strive to provide a culturally sensitive and responsive service to meet the individual needs of each client or person of the Stolen Generations who comes into contact with or accesses the organisation.

Adding Value to the Sector  Our Organisation will in all its business dealings strive to identify and seek to redress service gap issues and, where possible, strengthen the valuable work already being undertaken by existing Indigenous and mainstream services accessed by members of the Stolen Generations.

Greater involvement in the Sector by the Stolen Generations  To create ongoing opportunities for members of the Stolen Generations to actively contribute and participate in the enhancement of culturally secure service responses to meet their specific needs.
